We are honored to support you with temporary housing during your treatment journey. To ensure a smooth stay at Philoxenia House, please review our application process, house rules, and accommodation guidelines. Our goal is to provide a peaceful and welcoming home for you and your loved ones.

What you need to know about staying at the Philoxenia House

Each unit at Philoxenia House accommodates a maximum of four people. To apply for temporary housing, the process includes:

1. A background check

2. A letter from your physician confirming your treatment dates

To proceed, click the “Apply Now” button to complete the online application form. Then, email your physician’s letter to [email protected].

You will receive a response from the House Manager within 3-5 business days confirming availability. If you are selected, each adult in your party will be asked to complete a background check. The House Manager will contact you after you pass the background check to confirm your accommodations. We can hold the unit for up to two weeks. 

At the beginning of your stay, we will meet you at the House to sign the License Agreement. At that time, we require:

· A refundable $500 damage deposit;

· A non-refundable cleaning fee of $300; and

· A Lodging fee of $60 per day.
